Functionality needed (not sure exactly what comes with all wordpress) Content Management Ability for users to create accounts so that they can post comments User submit form + link on home page to this form Pre-set advertising areas for me to sell to users Ability to specify how large images are when story is put onto page Ability for users to submit stories to social network I will provide the domain name, and a logo/banner that matches the site design. 25% into escrow up front 75% after draft 100% when completed and tested
