Description: I've decided to create a blog site. The blog will be professional, but modern looking (web 2.0). It will be marketed towards users with complaints, similar to sites like consumerist.com.

I need a fully functioning site based off of a modern looking Web 2.0 Wordpress. I need a functioning admin section that allows me to submit articles or allows users to submit their articles by creating an account. All necissary functionality for a blog most be included (ability to leave comments, post stories after my ok, etc...)

The site should have pre-created spaces where I can sell advertising.

Here are a few examples of the type of look i'm going for:

While creating the site, you should use care to use clean SEO. The keywords of the type of blog should be used.

If you are using a free template, please be ready to make a few changes to give it a cleaner customized look, including putting SEO into it.

Also if you have another method other than Wordpress, please explain. I do not want simple HTML or 100% custom script.

I will pay 25% up front into escrow. I will pay the other 25% into escrow after first draft. The next 25% will be paid after i've reviewed SEO to make sure you've done it cleanly and to my specifications.

Remaining 25% paid into escrow, and escrow released when project is up and running on my server.
