Description

Hi, we are preparing a big new project and need different freelancers who can provide us with unique, original and high-quality website templates.

The requirements are very concrete:

- Need lots of templates with as much different and variated styles as possible. Of course all designs must be eclusive to us
- We don't need any coding, only web design
- Each template consists in a single html file, and must have (check the below sample for more insight) :
· a header containing the site's title and a royalty-free background image
· a left or right vertical column with menu and "find us" section
· The main area must have exactly the same content as the sample image, which is a title, two text paragraphs and a contact html form.
· Finally there should also be a footer


- Site must be viewable in 800x600, 1024x768 screen resolution and it must be viewable in all the browsers and operating systems. Must be also compilant with W3C standards ( http://validator.w3.org/ )
- Templates must have css file ( no in-line css allowed) for all the layout and design control so later we can modify or adapt it
- You are completely free to use any images or artistic resources as long as they aren't copyrighted and we can use it without having to give any mention to the author(s)


We pay for batches of 10 templates, but as we need lots of them our plan is to build stable relationships with the best providers we can get

You agree that upon sending the templates all rights transfer to us. This means you will not sell, reproduce or re-use these templates in any way.
