I need a vector image (5314521 at www.istockphoto.com) altered; or I need a new with similar features.

I'd like to use it for a new website. The template is at www.perfector.com. Go to "website templates"; go to "stretched" at the bottom right of the screen; go to page 5; template number is 18660.

I's like vector to:

have shorter hair
have a lilly flower where the plant is
have a stack of books on the left of woman
have background blen with website background
