Need a high quality web designer for designing a 'matrimonial site exclusively for muslims'.

You should have the capability of giving us the best result from our requirements. We do not give any reference websites. We want a unique design (no copy from any other site). We will give details of what we want in the homepage. A talented designer should be capable of arranging the contents in the page in a professional manner (We do not expect questions like, where should place a particular box, etc..)

Quality of the work is important. I'll select you based on the quality of your portfolio. You must be able to deliver the high quality design. I know some smart guys who send us some others work and claiming as their sample works.....
