Description: I need a graphic based on the jpg of artists sketch at:

http://www.sedonahotairballoons.com/promo/DSC01221.JPG

I will need a 300dpi for 18x 24 plastic banners, 12 x 24 car magnetic signs, website header banner (suitable for www.sedonaballoonrides.com) and business card use, so pre-planning by the designer is critical to maximum use with minimum changes for each size. PM's to discuss are welcome, providing they are not canned. I would like reference to similar projects with visuals please.

I will provide you with upto 3 composites. Letting you select the best composite and we can refine it from there. I would also get this ready in a "Vector" format that is print ready. I have been doing graphic design for over 8 years. In addition I would match fonts etc. as close as possible.
