I need logo designed for my website. Price - 150$-200$

Here's a mock-up design of the website:

The name is "CSS Slicers" and it's oriented to converting PSD designs to xHTML/CSS.

I need a simple, but great logo. Must be scalable to fit on a 16x16 icon or a billboard.

What I need from you:
As it's gonna be hard to pick a provider that can do what we want, we require from you to send as many mock-ups of the logo as possible (you can put your watermarks and stamps all over them). If we like one of it - we'll hire you finish the logo.

When we chose a provider the project will be counted as finished when we receive a PSD file for the logo, as well as a 16x16 icon and 64x64px png file of it.

As you can see on the design mock-up, the logo will stay from the left side of the Company Name, so keep that in mind.

Once again - i'm looking for something great and I'll pay for it.

Some guidelines:

- I do NOT need the "CSS Slicers" designed in a fancy way - i need a logo for that company name and website

- the logo must speak of "slicing/converting" and "psd/html/css" not just something to put next to the company name..

- Most of you have used the slicing tool image from the photoshop to interpret the "slicing" nature of the website, BUT nor that slicing tool is used when converting PSD to HTML nor the programmers know what it means - so, please either use something like rotating arrows(just a suggestions) or anything else that speaks "converting" not only to the designer :)

- I've said I need a simple logo so, please, avoid the complicated ones that there is no way to fit on a 64x64 logo (and let's not mention the 16x16 icon)

The provider I liked is not responding to my PMs so I'm gonna wait one more day and will assign the project to someone else..
