Description

I have a large PhotoShop Adobe After Effects video project, that I need to work closely with the Vendor on. I prefer someone in the Western Hemisphere, in the GMT (0-6) Time Zone Range. I am based on a GMT-4 Time Zone, and would like this person to be in touch, and easily accessible during the same work hours as myself.

The project is to be designing the following sections, based on the files I have attached.

Adult Content Section - Mostly doing some Graphic Design using DVD Covers, mildly explicit content, and Video Effects. Files should be in AEP (After Effects Project Source Files).
Advertising Section - We would like to develop an advertising section of this same site, based on similar look and feel of the attached file.
Hotel Services - Video Work for Hotel Services - Embedding Video in HTML pages.
Internet Section - There will be a portion of this site dedicated to Internet and VoIP Services. We need a static design that is appealing to the hotel guests.

I am not interested in working with Indian developers due to time zone limitations. Please post to the message board with individual questions. My goal is to find a long term vendor that I can consistently use for the same type of continual work and projects.
