Description

I need a good graphic designer to create 3 different styles of a single landing page where MachForm form will be integrated.

The integration code is a PHP code:

You will have to provide with final HTML page and PSD layout file for all 3 different styles.

You will need to provide graphics/fonts etc. We will provide images of the products.
