I need a landing page designed for the sale of an ebook
I have already written the salesletter.

I would like it to follow a common sales letter web page.
Similar to the sales letters that are found on clickbank.
Please mention whether you understand the type of sales letter I'm looking for.

No automation, function, or forms needed.

I will need the landing page designed.
Including: Header, Graphics, etc
I will need the salesletter formatted on the page
Including: Text formating, Sales buttons, boxes, etc

I already have the graphics for the ebook.
I already have the opt-in form and the order form
(Some styling of the opt-in form and order form is required.)

It should be a simple nice looking sales letter page. Professional and sharp but not flashy.

I need it done ASAP!
Should be an easy job for someone who has done this before or is comfortable with this kind of project.

I'm looking for a good price and immediate availability to get started.
I have been known to increase payment for excellent work!

Relevant Examples are appreciated.
Simple mock-ups of style and layout are helpful, but not required.
