Description:	1.) Create a NEON light-like LOGO, similiar to the images in the attachment. and install/replace it, with my current/old logo. 2.) Create a FAVICON for another site of mine. NO ONE IN THE USA BID. I DON'T CARE ABOUT PORTFOLIOS - DON'T TELL ME ABOUT IT. ONLY BID IF YOU CAN START NOW. NO BIDS OVER 30. LOWEST BID WINS. DON'T BID IF YOU CANNOT CREATE NEON!
