I need a graphical designer to help me with this, a person with his own ideas. I have written a detailed specification and I suggest that you read it before making a bid.

The Joomla version has to be 1.5.

I also need a logo for my site containing the name "Nettstrategen" and related to strategy/globalisation.

The site will ultimately be norwegian, so all text that is not editable should be agreed upon.

The site will be used by me and two graphical designers to sell our services as web-designers and strategic internett partners in Norway. Therefore the site must be very nice looking.
