If you are not a Joomla expert, DO NOT bother bidding.
If you are not an excellent designer, DO NOT bother bidding.
If you can't show us previous Joomla templates you have designed for previous customers, DO NOT bother bidding. We want to see templates you have designed yourself from scratch, and that are currently on live sites; we will not accept adaptations of templates you have acquired from rockettheme or other templates distributors.
DO NOT waste our time (and yours).

- We need a service provider that is BOTH a great graphic designer and a Joomla expert.
- The project is to design a best-in-class template for Joomla 1.0.15, and the template MUST be Joomla 1.5 compatible. Alternatively, you can if you wish, provide two templates; one for Joomla 1.0 and another for Joomla 1.5; it's up to you. Additionnaly, you are required to provide installation of 2 modules, design of a logo and banners.
- You need to be a real Joomla expert, with skills such as CSS, to be able to modify the CSS sheet of all installed components because we need them to fit the template. Our site is live with several components, once you have installed the template on the website, you will have to adapt the CSS of the components accordingly.
- You will be provided with a specifications form that details the project (template design, installation of 2 modules, design of a logo and banners).
- You will be provided with specific guidance for the design and the positions of the modules in the template.
