Description: I need someone to design a joomla template for me, on the idea of Jobs for engineers in the country NORWAY.
It needs to have a light and inviting color layout, with technical style graphics which engineers ( mostly mechanically inclined) can relate to. Im thinking CAD , inventor, modelling and rendering components in the site grapics, but still portraying very sreiously to the target group.

The site itself does not need to be done anything with, i only need the joomla template.
This is a VERY simple and QUICK project for the rigth expert, and i will not pay more than 100 USD for all the work.

Anyone who are to bid MUST SUBMIT a sample of how they see themselve solving this task - i.e a sample of the page....
I have enclosed a preview with inline positions as it needs to be. I also need someone to help me make NEWSFLASHES appear ONLY in the "TOP" position .....and with random newsflashes from the newsflash section....

again...

- 2 column site , 3 will be CONSIDERED only, but then only with GOOD reasons provided....
- NOONE bidding over 100 USD will be considered AT ALL so dotn waste your time..
- submit a sketch of your solution as you apply
- time limit : 5 days + any minor time needed for correction...
