Description

To Illustrate a childrens book about a minibus character. I will require about 12 illustrations. The books are not sold commercially. They are sponsored and given free to children in Hong Kong and China.
I am a teacher in a Chinese primary school and am not allowed to do any paid activities while under contact. I will approach publishers after my contract expires and any commercial selling of the book will include royalties for the illustrator. I have completed six books so far and have been happy with the work of the illustrators. I am not concerned about reputations or experience as I am quite happy to let people who want the experience do the books.

I only pay per illustration as I am funding the whole exercise from my own pocket. I hope to have 12 books completed by the end of June. This book is 'Ming explores Hong Kong" The story is based around a group of tourists being shown around some of the sights in Hong Kong. Illustrator will be able to find a lot of pictures on the internet. I will also be able to send pictures as well. Illustrator may need to search internet for pictures of the sites but generally very easy to find. The tourist group will be 6 real people so someone good at charactures would be preferable.
