Hi,

We require a nice homepage and a couple of forms for our holiday rental properties. Currently we have two properties/sites but this may well expand in the future.

The current idea is to replicate the layout and design of www.letsites.com so we have a tidy slide show of choice photos of the both countries. Turkey and France.

At the top we have our circular logo (I will e-mail to winning bidder) and horizontal text saying "Exclusive Holiday Rentals". To replace letsites logo

Please duplicate the graphic icons they have used ” >” for example. On the far right hand side we will have the vertical links: -

Ideally we will be able to change the text easily, so a tidy cms system would required. Also to be able to change the fading photos, text in both boxes.

Hopefully you will have the contact form already.

This is a draft design and the winning designer is welcome/encouraged to improve on this and input new ideas. Speed to complete the job is important and clean code.

Sadly we have limited time to input more ideas on this, but we will be on hand to answer any questions but ideally the winning bidder to grasp the project on this specification alone.

The winning bidder must complete the work in full in original bidding time or for each day that it is late we will deduct $25 from final payment

Payment 20% upfront, 40 % completed, final 40% once fully tested and signed off.

We are busy working on other projects but we need this area up as currently we have nothing and are losing potential bookings.

Please do not just copy and paste any blurb about your company, you will be less likely to be chosen. Or something like "it will be done" We will look for people who have understood the project.

We are on a tight budget, but for excellent work we always reward and may have future work.
