Description: Hey, i have a HTML website template and i need it finalized for me by adding the content to the site. I i also would like for the site to have a few minor design changes including: i would like a border around the entire 800 px site so that the pages are separated from the background. Currently the header is defined from the background but i would like for the sides and footer of the site to also be defined from the background. Also there are places on the site where it currently reads learn more or read more, i need a small popup window to come up with the additional info there. I already have the logo, it just needs to be placed on the site. The template can currently be viewed at http://hopkinscharity.com/ra/ ... This project needs to be completed soon, so thank you in advance.

I can do this in PhP where you will have a control-panel to add remove pages, with voting and contact-us forms, which will be more interactive than HTML, it will take us about 3 days for coding, if you insist on HTML it will be 1 day, both are the same price Thanks
