Hello all -

I need some small graphical/nav changes for two web sites: www.halslifervideo.com and www.thevideohisory.com. I beleive they were built in Dreamweaver, if that helps at all.

Changes for www.halslifervido.com:

This form: http://www.halslifervideo.com/contactform.html needs to be reestablished so when clients hit the SUBMIT it sends the information back to our e-mail. I would also like to change this form so only the following feilds show up:

Name
E-Mail
City
State
Phone
Date of Event
Event Location
Your Vision of the Day
What You Would Like to See on Your Video
Would You Like Us To Produce a Special Video
To Show At Your Wedding?

Basic changes to the site:

A.Home page http://www.halslifervideo.com/home.html

a. To the bottom right menu on the page- add a link to our videoblog www.BiographyStories.com. Use a web 2.0 sytle starburst around the button somehow - with the text 'View Our Video Blog!' inside.

B.Weddings Page:
a. Before the video clips, add the following paragraph:
Welcome
This has been a great year for my video business. I was inducted into the WEVA Hall of Fame and was selected by Event DV as one of Americas top 25 influential videographers.
(after the video clips, continue the text as it is “As I celebrate my twentieth year….”


Changes for www.thevideohsitory.com

A. Change the On Line Form so that it sends email again - this may be just an old server or username being used here causing the issue. http://www.thevideohistory.com/DynaForm/ContactForm.html . Currently the form when submitted does not work. I will provide SMTP server and credentials to the winning bidder.

B. Change the phone number that shows up on all pages to 617 965 2244 and 1-800-234-7755 (not the old 1-877-687-8433).

C. In the section ABOUT US. Take out the picture of Dina Canducci and her title. Leave in the picture and info of Hal Slifer, and center it on the page.

D. In the Contact US section change the phone number for Greater New York City to
1-800-234-7755
Change the National Inquiries to 1-800-234-7755

E. Delete the EventDV sction and link in the left hand column menu. Underneath the photo in the left colum - add in a starburst button that again shows 'View Our Video Blog!' linking to www.biographystories.com.


That is about it! I think this should only take a few hours, and I am willing to pay hourly for this smaller job. If the project works out, I have lots of other jobs available that I would be happy to send over to the right candidate.
