Description

i need someone to create a website for my online syndication team.

It will be a farely basic job if you do website design often.

I will need:
*The site to be easily updated and changed by a novice.

I dont want PHP unless you make it so its VERY easy for me to change pictures and where the content is.

*Username and password
*Member forum

The forum is for the members and will be only visible to members.

I need the customers to be able to click on a link and the link takes them to a printable document. I need contact us forms throughout site.

Should be easy to create new pages and link to them. Should also be easy to upload pictures. I will pay through escrow. will be prompt.

Need SITE DONE IMMEDIATELY!!
