Many people have responded to this project, and have not read it properly.
This is a full time position, and not a one off website design job.
A key requirement is to be able to seperate artwork for the screen-printing process and be fully familiar with illusrator and photoshop.
Be available on a daily basis to deal with a wide variety of graphic work and respond as if they were working in our office.
The selected person will be given VOIP access to our PABX and will be treated as a member of our full time staff.

There have been a lot of replies to this posting.
Most people still have not read it properly.
Let me make it clear.
Unless you can seperate artwork for the screen-printing process and be fully familiar with illusrator and photoshop.
DO NOT APPLY!.
I am not interested in companies that have a team of web designers, as they will not be able to meet my brief.
I am looking for a talented individual with the skills mentioned above.
If you do not have these skills, please do not post a bid.
For everyone that has applied, there have been so many, that it is impossible for me to reply to directly.
At the end of the bid process, I will look at each one carefully and will contact all of the qualified people and then make my decision.
Once again let me make this clear, I need a full time person and for the right person, this will be a long term appointment.
Regards

I would like to thank everyone that has applied for this position.
I have looked at everyones bids and have made a choice and will be letting that person know.
For those of you who have not been successful , there are several of you who I may be able to offer some work doing screenprint separations in the future.
Once again thank you all for applying.
Kind Regards
