Description

I am looking for 15 graphics to be placed on my home page. My website URL is: www.SkedaddleScooters.com. I have a very specific idea behind the concept but require assistance with the creative design. I’m looking for a top notch designer as this will be the center-piece of my site. When I have all of the above described graphics I will patch them in my site in three columns and five rows. They will be place in the area below the flash banner, to the right of the left nav area and above the footer. I will link them to the pages in the left margin. The following website has a “similar” concept: http://www.mxmracing.com/servlet/StoreFront. Please note I do not have a desire to rubber stamp their design. I would like something “at least” one notch above quality wise. The end goal is to stand above my competitors. I can email you their links if you like just PM me.

Here are the guidelines which apply to all 15 graphics:
• All guidelines listed here are flexible if you have a better idea(s)
• 210W x 140H in pixels per grahpic
• Will have the same “shape” of graphic which will be in the background. Exactly what type of image that would be I don’t know. This is where a good designer comes in. The idea is to have something in the background that ties everything together.
• When completed look like they appear to fit in with the rest of my site
• High quality design, clear and vibrant colors that are not blurry in any way
• At the end of the project I need all 15 emailed but also the pieces you used to make them, the background image, foreground image and lettering. I will be adding more product and categories soon so I will need to design more of these as I add inventory.
• I do not know how many revisions that will be required so please give me an idea of how many you are willing to do for your bid
• I am placing quality of design as greater importance over time to completion as long as I know my project is being worked on

Here are the guidelines for 11 of the 15:
• Each of these graphics will represent the category of items I have for sale in the left hand margin of which there are currently 11
• I want the background image color to be the same for all 11 but a different shade than the other four listed below
• Take the best image from each category and have it in the foreground – this I may be flexible with if you can alter the image into a static animation of some type. Maybe it will look fine just with your graphic letting by itself. This is one of the areas which I require creative input and design. I have many more images available then what is on my site. Maybe you have some of your own?
• I would like a label which describes the category, i.e. electric scooters, gas mopeds, etc, etc. I would like these labels to each stand out with their own unique color scheme that “pops” and “not” simple text

Here are the guidelines for the other 4 of 15:
• Each graphic will represent each of the suppliers of my products of which there are currently four.
• Background image will be a different shade then the other eleven noted above. I may be flexible on this
• I want the logo for each builder superimposed in the foreground
• You may choose to add some other type of effect, shadowing etc.

What I am looking for in a designer:
 Designer who has fully read and understands the project
 Excellent design skills
 Someone who will keep in good communication
 Designer with respectable GAF feedback
 Can supply samples of their previous work
 Designer who can help me to shine over my competition – I will supply their URLs – PM me if you would like
 Will offer ideas on how I can further improve my site outside of this project
