Need Graphic Modified and Customized From An Original

We are seeking a graphic designer that can take the graphic we have attached and make it our own. We need someone that can build this in the highest resolution possible so that it can be used in full page newspaper advertisements if needed. We would like to get this graphic in every format possible (JPEG, GIF, TIFF, PSD, Etc.)

For the project we need someone to take the attached graphic and do the following with it:

1. Make the safe door rectangle instead of round.
2. Remove the world and replace with something else that you think would look good.
3. Make the key the guy is holding gold, and also size the key down some, so it is not so big. Also please make the key pointing at an angle instead of having it be horizontal.
4. Make the staircase much wider that leads up to the safe.
5. Please make a woman for right next to the man and create the visual that they are carrying the key together.
6. Please make the colors more vivid as right now they are very washed out.

We just need someone that is creative and someone that can do good work.

We are looking for a bid around $50, and if you can turnaround with a completed design within 24 hours we will give you a bonus of $20

Our Bonus structure will be as follows:

24 Hour Turnaround - $20 Bonus
48 Hour Turnaround - $10 Bonus
72 Hour Turnaround - $5 Bonus

We would like someone that can do quality work in a short time frame. Any examples you can provide of graphic design work would be very helpful in determining the right person.
