Description

I need about 40 pages similar to the attached. I will pay "per page"...quote your numbers approx total and then per page.

1. On each page the banner will remain consistent.

2. Each Button and Other noted pages shall be hyperlinked to other pages (see samples with numbers circled) so that we can check out the functionality and flow of the website "prior" to programming it.

3. Drop Down Menus do not need to be dynamic.

4. The size of buttons, text boxes and drop down menus needs to be consistent throughout pages.

5. Dumby data needs to be entered on pages where required.

6. It is estimated that it will take around 10 minutes per page.

7. I need this completed in no more than 3 days.

8. Payment will be made in escrow

9. You will host the pages on your server until the handover to my programmers.

10. You can use what you want put a combo of HTML/PSD is probably the best.
