Description

I am a Real Estate Sales person, with RE/MAX, looking for someone to provide design concepts of the following. When these are complete and I am happy I will get coding done (website & newsletter)and probably get quotes again here.

I dont have much in way of photographic but can supply or get some done when I understand what you think I may need. I have lots of RE/MAX logos photos etc and all original material used on my site.

Website
A cms website that will have video, graphs, ebooks and about 8-10 pages and have a professional look. Not too flashy and spinny if you know what I mean. The following are 2 that I have book marked but I am open to suggestions.

Newsletter
I need a html templates to send from Goldmine. I have used www.campaignmonitor.com before but prefer to send from my CRM but again open to suggestions. Would something like this work for a newsletter. http://www.realestatechampions.com/toughmarketdomination/

Ebook
6 x cover designs, similar but different, for www.ebookstarter.com and a small header and footer for each page. I can then add title and text.

Personal Brochure
3 designs (lower, middle and top end of market ) This will be A3 and fold in half. I currently have one and will need to update to look same as above. It is professionally done and I have all photos an illustrator files.

Logo
Something simple but memorable. See logo in real estate champions above. Seems memorable but may not work for everything.

Trump Cards
12 similar but different (1 each month )Size will be 1/4 of A4,whatever size that is.

Letter head
a4 and professional looking

Folder Design
Folder to hold A4 documents. I will supply a template from our printers.

Business Card
Standard size, possibly folding and ill supply template if so.
