Description

I need a better, more inviting visual layout for the front page of a site that sells art prints. The project needs to be delivered by Wednesday evening.

No programming or html is necessary. Animations and rollovers for links are desired, but mostly I am simply looking for a well-designed layout that will do a better job of enticing customers and get them interested in browsing through and purchasing the art prints that are available for sale.

There is a pre-defined template in place, so the design must fit into this constraint.

Designer will need to browse around the site and get a feel for what is there, and what can be used to sell the site. The design should make use of and link into the assets that are already on the site. However, you do not need to create any html, your design must simply indicate clickable regions and where they link to.

A candidate who can communicate in english over the phone or through skype is required. There are some specific guidelines I would like to be able to communicate to you directly.

Candidate should have a good design sense, as well as a good marketing sense. The site is an e-commerce site and we are trying to improve the conversion rate. With that said, there is a lot of room for improvement on the current design.
