Description

This web site uses smarty templates to determine how the images are laid out. As you can see, by the attached file, the images do not show up perfectly in all browsers. If you look at it in IE, FF, Chrome or Safari it will look normal, but in an older version of IE or in the mobile phone browsers the web site looks really bad.

I would need you to fix this template so that it looks good in the mobile phone browsers and older versions of IE.

And the graphics that I use prevent the user from customizing their profile. Is there a way to show my graphics all over the web site, but allow the user to choose their own graphics to customize their own profile page? If so, that needs to be done as well.
