I WANT TO DELIVER IN ITALY A WEBSITE WHERE PEOPLE THAT HAVE A PROJECT TO DO( FOR EXAMPLE DOING A WEBSITE, OR PAINTING A HOME, OR LOOKING FOR A PROFESSOR FOR BEING HELPED BEFORE AND EXAMINATION AT SCHOOL) CAN MATCH WITH FREELANCE WORKERS(PROGRAMMERS AND CODERS, PAINTERS, PROFESSORS...ETC..).

THE WEBSITE MUST SUPPORT ITALIAN AND LL BE IN ONLY ITALIAN LANGUAGE. SO 'LL PREFEAR TO HAVE ALL TRASLATED OR I CAN HELP YOU IN TRASLATING. ONLY 1 LANGUAGE.

THE CONCEPT IS VERY SIMILAR WITH THE LOGIC OF GETACODER.COM WEBSITE. WHERE EVERYONE THAT HAVE A PROJECT CAN POST IT AND WAIT FOR BIDS FROM CODERS.

I WANT TO EXPAND THIS CONCEPT NOT ONLY TO CODERS BUT ALSO TO PROFESSORS AND HAND WORKERS (FOR EXAMPLE PAINTERS, ELECTRICIANS...).

THE LOGIC OF THE WEBSITE IS: I HAVE A PROJECT AND I REGISTER ON THIS WEBSITE. I POST FOR FREE MY PROJECT. FOR EXAMPLE : I HAVE TO DEVELOP A ECOMMERCE WEBSITE. SO I SPECIFY THE CONCPET AND THE BUDGET FOR IT. AND I START TO WAIT FOR BIDS.

EVERYONE CAN REGISTER ON THE WEBSITE AND PAY A ONE TIME SUBSCRIPTION FEE WITH PAYPAL ONLY IF HE WANT STRATING POST BIDS. AFTER REGISTRATED AND PAYED HE CAN START IN DOING BIDS TO ALL PROJECT.

THE CUSTOMER CAN CHOOSE BEETWEEN SEVERAL BIDS AND CHOOSE THE PROVIDER STRATING TO WORK WITH HIM DIRECTLY AFTER CHOOSED. AND FINISHED THE WORK HE CAN PUT A FEEDBACK TO THE CHOOSED PROVIDER.

BUT I WANT ALSO TO EXPAND THIS POSSIBILITY TO POST PROJECTS AND POST BIDS ALSO IN OTHER FIELDS: NOT ONLY CODERS BUT ALSO PROFESSORS TO STUDENT PROJECTS, AND BEETWEEN PEOPLE THAT HAVE TO DO HOM WORK (FOR EXAMPLE PAINT A HOME ) TO LABORER (I CAN FIND A PAINTER!).

THE WEBSITE LL BE SIMPLE, CLEAN AND WITH SIMILAR TO GETACODER WEBSITE WITH A REAL TIME UPDATE OF ALL PROJECTS POSTED .
