Description

Expert Illustrator Needed

I have two jobs:
1. Creating illustration for background of a web page, the illustration is a cartoon character (you'll convert this famous guy from photo into cartoon character) + a city silhouette,.Final result must be Vector (ai/eps)

2. Tracing a logo (see attached) I just need the shape, I don't need the color/effect Final result must be Vector (ai/eps)

- Must ready for a couple of revisions (character gesture/mimics if needed)
- Provide me some cartoon character portfolio ( please don't use image from stock photo, I know all stockphotos images)
