I need a very simple email newsletter design.

The emailer will have two or three photographs and maximum 250 words or so of text.

This emailer should be designed so it can easily be seen in MS Outlook, Google Chrome and all other email programs. Bidder must have good understanding of email newsletter design to avoid Spam filters and reproduce well visually in all browsers and email server programs.

Bidder also agrees to provide html code for this project.
