Description

I have three conceptual start-up businesses that I would like to each have a logo and image, including stationary design, made for. In addition, I would like to have an initial web presence set up for each. The businesses are not yet operating, but, it is planned that they will be operational in the coming months.

I have the names of the businesses and the domain names secured. I have general thoughts on the designs of the logos, but will provide the designer with plenty of creative license. I also have the general layout of the websites decided and am currently working on the copy. All copy will be provided by me. I would like the websites made in general html. We would strongly prefer developers to use existing open source solutions or similar solutions instead of working to reinvent the wheel which could have many bugs. The websites need to use royalty-free images. I would expect that simple updates and changes will be easy for me to make in the future, but that major enhancements would be conducted by a professional.

For each business, I would like three general design choices of the logo/stationary and three options for each website design, so please build the time required of this into your quote.

1.) The first business is a professional services business in real estate that I would like a simple logo and image, including stationary design, and a 20 page informational website.

2.) The second business is a small specialty e-store. I would like a logo designed based on the name of the business and a website that will be 10 pages. The website should have e-commerce (eg. shopping cart) capability.

3.) The third business is a retail business that will sell goods from a bricks and mortar storefront as well as from the website, which should have e-commerce capability. The site will be 10 pages.

I expect that these initial websites will be expanded significantly in the future, so I hope to find a person (or firm) that I can enter into a long-term business relationship with.
