1. Convert Five Pages Psd/jpg to HTML + CSS (Just Table, not tableless)
2. Make sure all the pages work well in all modern browsers
3. No horizontal Scrollbar (please adjust my psd/jpg width)
4. Four of the layouts (the white layouts), must be finish in the next 12 hours maximum. IF YOU CAN DO THIS, PLEASE DON'T REPLY
5. Maximum Budget $30
6. Able to do some revisions (IF NEEDED)
7. I'll provide all the source files
8. I'll put 100% ESCROW
