Hi, I would like you to take this design and finish it. It is very near completion. I would like you to simply revamp the design that you see.

You basically redesign this according to the directions below. You will Not be presented with a PSD or any other file from me. This is the only thing I have.

The directions are: The blocks need to be just a bit more stylish, would good hover over effect on links, a good sample is on

I have attached a Jpeg, it does look/sound a mouthful but in reality it isnt.

Most of the blocks are repeated.
