Description

I'm looking for a designer that can create a trendy template for the SOBI2 business directory script (http://www.sigsiu.net/sobi2.html).

I have three directories that will be using this template and would like to have different graphics (header, color scheme, etc.) for each one. The actual layout doesn't have to change, just the visual appearance.

To sum it up, I need (1) layout and (3) different graphic sets for this layout.

The template should be clean/classy, very simple to navigate, designed with ads in mind (to add PPC and banner ads) and have vibrant colors.
