Hello. Thank you for reviewing this Project.

I am looking for a designer or photographer to create a design of a woman in silhouette. This woman should be elegant and lanky...but not too sexy. I attached an image of the type of look I want for the woman.

If this image is used for the final design, I need to know as it is a copyrighted image and requires licensing. Ideally, I would like original work where I would own the image solely.

I would like this woman to be a combination cat and woman, with a long tail that goes down and swings up over her head. She should be speaking, singing or yelling into a microphone....either on a stand or in her hand. I want this design to be on a white background. It should be a vector graphic that can be resized at my own discretion. Again, I would like this to be mine for my business imaging.

If you are bidding outside of my set budget, please PM me with your cost. This project is very important to me because its for my imaging...but, budget is always a consideration. I will pay higher for an intuitive artist.

If I select you, I will adjust my budget to fit your bid. I will use GAF Escrow service on this project.
