I need someone that will re-design and clean the floor plans that I will be sending you.

We are looking for someone that will collaborate with us long term but for this project you will be

BIDDING FOR RE-DESIGN 5 EASY FLOOR PLANS & 5 COMPLEX FLOOR PLANS.

Please tell me a flat rate on how much it will cost to re-design them. You will have to send it back re-designed either in gif or jpeg formats.

In order to understand better I am attaching two samples of floor plans: before and after.

So I will be giving to you something like the sample called BEFORE and I want you to design something like the one called AFTER.

Please note that we don’t need so many details like the sofa’s in the leaving rooms.. Please check CAREFULLY the picture of AFTER. (Very clean design).

Also I will NOT be providing any measurements or dimensions of all rooms and areas of the property: my suggestion is to enlarge the provided floorplan (in this case 'BEFORE) using this image as a background for guidelines then working with a transparent layer on top re-design the floorplan having a result similar to 'AFTER.'

I must see how you manage to re-design the property floor plans so I will ask you to make an effort and send back to me the sample re-designed. Of course for the winner of the bid the sample re-designed will be considered valid and it will be paid.

I WILL BE CONSIDERING ONLY THOSE ONES THAT WILL PROVIDE ME WITH THE RE-DESIGNED SAMPLE OF THE PROPERTY AS I NEED TO SEE HOW GOOD YOU ARE.

- Payment will be done through GAF escrow only after our satisfaction.

PS:.I forgot to add that I would prefer to have the floor plants made out from ILLUSTRATOR 9.0 and I would obviously want to have the ai. original copy’s as well.
