Description

I'm currently a college student graduating in one year.  I have various interests in software and ui design, programming, music, skateboarding, and breakdancing.  I want an aesthetically pleasing MySpace layout that complements my interests while allowing for easy updates.

My ideas toward this project are a basic theme of a painter's palette with a representation of each major interest category (music, software, etc.) with similar styling to the PixelMator icon.  I want a fairly prominent section for both comments and blog entries.  I don't know if it is possible, but I would love to be able to post blog entries to another personal site and they would be shown on the MySpace site via a standard RSS feed instead of having to post in both places.  Also, I care about web standards so I do not want any Flash on the site.

I've attached a very simplistic, piecemeal mockup of some of these ideas I'd like to pursue.
