Description
HelloI am looking for a handyman web-designer for small tasks.
I would send you an email or instant message, saying to do this, or do that, mostly small tasks to create a small graphic, or replace an image in a php script, or add a new page to a website, an imtem in menu etc etc
Essentially graphics creation and websites maintenance.
So I am looking for a web-designer always online, or almost always, and that also replies to email very quickly. (less than 2 hours)
If you are not online everyday or if you only reply emails once or twice per day, dont bid.
We will define a price per hour or per task.
Every 15 days we count the number of hours plus the tasks with fixed cost and i submit payment via gaf or paypal.
I do not mind opening several gaf projects if you want to build your reputation - of course fees to gaf must be taken into consideration.
If we get along and you are a good, reliable and honest web-designer, I will start giving you bigger and bigger projects - but for that to happen it will take a while off course, to build the relationship so please dont bid if you are looking for these bigger projects now because it takes time to build a relationship.
Also if you want to launch your own sites, once we have a relationship going, I can get you country versions of several sites I have, in exchange for your web-design work in them. I am also interested in developing in all the countries where I have country managers, web-sites that you have and that can be monetized.
So, for now, bid to earn small money each time, and expect to be paid every 15 days.
I expect bids from web-designers that range between 5 to 20 USD per hour, not more.
And if the task took you 5mn, I expect you to charge 5mn, or we can define a min. of 15mn charge or something.
In some cases we might agree to pay a fixed fee. For these non immediate tasks you will have to accomplish a deadline of course.
Feedback for this project will be given after 2 months (meaning 4 payments, one every 15 days)

I would prefer to hire a single freelance web-designer than a small company but if you run a small company and you are giving tasks to your web-designers, I do not mind hiring you if you believe that you fit the profile and this project might have any interest to you.
