Description

Would like a new design for existing website. An updated look. Currently use Web Expression for updates and would like a new master CSS template.

The current links, menu, etc. that is used on the top and bottom border will need to be implemented into the new design. The new design's text and links should be easy to change. Current menu must be a part of the design. Menu is currently designed via Xara menumaker program. Open to change on the program used for the menu, but must be very easy to update because the menu is updated frequently. There are specific colors to be used in the layout. Logo should be a part of the layout. A livehelp button is also part of the layout. Center/middle of template will be the container for the content and will be left white due to current content formatting.

Want something unique, fresh and new. Not a template that is used by any other websites. A NEW design, not a mass marketed design. Must be error free and fast loading.

Although there will be just one final template, would like for you to provide 2 or 3 drafts to choose from before you finalize. Links to previous work (CSS templates) in the same price range would also be good.
