CSS Wordpress theme as per Logo

A quick job and easy job for those who know what they are doing! I need to style a Wordpress theme according to the logo. You can see the logo at [login to view URL] and you can see the Wordpress theme here [login to view URL] The job is to give the Wordpress theme such a feel and look as though the logo and the rest of the site were designed as one and are inseparatable . For example, the overall gray color should be replaced by another color that matches colors in the logo or from another fresh scheme to match the logo. The overall look of the site should be fresh, stylish, simple and professional. I will select a person based on his/her experience to tweak and twist Wordpress themes. So, it would better if you could provide/show me some of your previous works.
