Description

Small Australian Finance comparison website required a new look and feel.

Site currently has a CSS template but would like to replace this to provide more professional look and feel.

* Css template should be quick to load
* Compliant with major web standards and all major browsers
* SEO compatable - i.e. easy for search engines for crawl
* Require a professional design that suits our required colour schemes (blue and orange)
* Design must be professional - can be based of existing template or unique - you must state if it's for a unique template when you bid.
* Ability to have multiple <li> bullet point styles, one as default, then two more that can be used when required e.g <li style=circle1>. We will provide the bullet point graphics - just needs to be set up in template

Once template is complete it needs to be installed and applied to our current site.
