Description: 1. Need to Create 40 different CSS layouts.
2. CSS needs to be on the page not external css stylesheet
3. CSS need to be like style='' not external on the page <sytle></style>

4. Attached is an example of exactly how the code structure shold look like.
5. Layouts need to have background images no blank white backgrounds
