Description

I need a Web 2.0 style design (Curves/gradients/big buttons etc). Simple layout but look attractive and welcoming. Needs to pass HTML Validation Standards and use DIVs only.

The project is for a single page, that will be used as the template throughout the site.

Portfolio required. Looking for a fast turn around. <$45 Budget.
