Description: Our business www.customtshirts2you.com is looking for a great web designer that can build a nice eye catching site. My website is hosted by hostmonster and I can provide all the information when required. This website is required to add a custom t-shirt design program I am having built. I need to design my website so that it looks unique and very eye catching as I am in a very competitve market. I needs it done WITHIN 7-10 days and ready to go online.

This project is:
1. Graphic design of 1 splash page, one logo, and 1 website template with up to 10 link pages with various product.
2. Code this design in proper xHTML/CSS (no <table> tags!).

Important:
Bids without a link to your portfolio will be ignored. Please do not bid if you can not complete this within 7-10 days.

There are two colors that are important: Blue and Red. You will have to use many more colors so it doesn't look dull. The new design must have a major 'corporate' look and feel. It needs style and flair.

Pricing will be important. I would like to stay in a budget of about $300 or less....
