Description

Our company is in High Demand and projects keep pouring in and I need a quality designer who has Web 2.0 skills to join my Team. Must be able to follow directions and understand English well. I am looking for a person who can get it right or at least VERY NEAR right the first time and someone who does not have to be babysat throughout simple projects.

I am also looking for someone who does not mind working with a partial escrow to start projects. No money will ever be paid upfront or before the project is complete. You will stay busy and receive constant work from me so be prepared to work.

I am not looking for companies. I have one. I am looking for freelancers who work at home and who are online most of the day and response time is FAST. If your response time is not fast or you must make many many changes for a simple project, then you will not continue to receive work from me.

If you do not meet deadlines or do not respond for days at a time, you will receive negative feedback.

Please bid on a Simple 1 Page Design. It will be your test project.
