Description

Must be done in the GIMP!!! (no photoshop work will be accepted)
Website http://www.inter-avia.ru needs a sky gradient image at the top of the site and a city silhouette at the bottom - stretchable. CSS coding required and explanation how to incorporate these effects there. Imaging must be done in the GIMP and tutorials ho how it was done are needed.
