Description:	I require someone to come up with a top quality HTML & XHTML version of a 2 page Newsletter that will form the basis of a template. The template should be made in two colour styles to match two Joomla CSS templates. www.antostm.com www.tranceform.org There will be some links in the Newsletter to the website, and at least two links to later parts of the newsletter. I shal provide links to some newsletters I have made already to give some idea of the material needed. I need someone who’s is very proficient in HTML & XHMTL to ensure that the newsletter will look good on most Web-Email Clients (GMAIL, Yahoo, Hotmail). It is best if the freelancer already has some experience with OEMPRO, as these newsletters will entirely be sent from OEMPRO. The newsletter templates should be uploaded to the website, to allow the quality to be tested. Please do not bid if you don't have great experience with "HTML coding and HTML email design".
