Description

I need to make a webpage similar to http://oliveriogroup.com/images/Distress.html . I do not need any other links on the page like they have. I do have a different house picture to e-mail you. I need it to e-mail my e-mail address when the form is submitted, and when the person clicks submit I need another page to say Thank you etc, similar to theirs... This needs to work with GoDaddy hosting as far as the form submission goes. This should be done in the next few days as I think it should only take someone 30 minutes or so! Please only bid if you have feedback!
