Description: This project is to fix a mess that a previous web designer made. There are a few aesthetic issues that need to be taken care of as well as change on one page.

The site shall have one page to validate credit card information requesting a temporary authorization (payment for a service only, no store front. The data will be store in a SQL database located on the web hosting servers.

The site must be ready by Monday next week so time availability is crucial. Please do not bid if you are unable to meet the deadline. The site will use a merchant account (credit card processing) hosted by QuickBooks, the web site is hosted by GoDaddy.
