Hello, I am based in San Jose (Silicon Valley), California - United States, I am a project manager and have developed a transparent method that puts you in full control, for providing freelance services for data entry work as well as other project types. All work is done on what is known as a "cloud computing" environment, this is a server and runs a Linux desktop on the server, you can login from your computer (using info I provide to you) to watch as work is being done using remote access and I can have my contractor workers work on the project under my direction (I can see everything that is being done and instruct them or you can do so yourself if you prefer), there is no ambiguity as to how long things or taking or what is being done at what time -- you can see everything and I save screen shots taken at 5 second intervals so you can later review all work. You are given 24 hour access to the virtual desktop and can login at any time to review the work and access files. The usual rate for this type of work is around $4.50 (USD) per hour, however you are able to see exactly what has been done for each hour whereas with another provider there is ambiguity.
