Description:	hi there, i have a multi-page portal which i use to gather statistics and other information for my workplace, using php and mysql. what im looking for is someone to design a xhtml/css based layout which can be used over the whole site, but needs to be simple, clean and great looking layout. I only need an actual layout as i can code the rest myself, as im not experienced enough in web design myself im currently using a joomla template edited to fit around with what i need, but it is very untidy, and does not display correctly in both Internet Explorer 6.0 / 7.0 (used at work ) and Firefox. i can provide a link and login to the current portal and any required files to the successful bidder, and can answer any questions that the person may have. Please send a link to css / xhtml work you have done before, and i will base my decision on previous work.
